Payment is due at the time you receive your invoice if payment is not completed directly through the website.

  1. Orders will not be processed or submitted to suppliers until payment is received in full.

  2. If payment is not received within 72 hours of invoice delivery, the order will be automatically canceled.

  3. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

  4. Sizes 2XL and up are subject to an additional $2 charge per item.

By placing an order with Pressed in Pink by Zoë, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before submitting your order.

Orders & Payment


Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 2–10 business days, beginning after payment is received.

  1. A rush order option is available for an additional $5 fee.

  2. Rush orders do not guarantee supplier availability or shipping speed.

  3. Delays caused by supplier shortages, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays are outside of our control and do not guarantee completion within the standard timeframe.

Custom orders include personalized designs, names, dates, custom wording, and special requests.

  1. Customers will receive a mockup for approval prior to production when applicable.

  2. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all spelling, grammar, names, dates, and design details before approving the mockup.

  3. Approval confirms that all details are correct and authorizes production to begin.

  4. Once a mockup is approved, the design will be printed exactly as shown.

  5. No changes can be made once production has begun.

  6. Any errors approved in the mockup that require a remake will be treated as a new order, and replacement charges will apply.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final.

  1. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once placed.

  2. Custom designs, personalized items, and special requests are final sale.

  3. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for customer-approved errors, incorrect sizing selections, or change-of-mind requests.

Sizing Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for selecting the correct size.

  1. Pressed in Pink by Zoë is not responsible for sizing issues once an order has been placed.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

Free porch pickup is available in Hillsboro.

  1. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a message with the pickup address and instructions.

  2. Local delivery is available for $7.50.

  3. Shipping is available for a flat rate of $10 per order.

  4. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of Pressed in Pink by Zoë.

  5. The customer assumes full responsibility for the package while it is in transit.
